You can also attach sophisticated reports to these messages. Add a food requirement to a reservation, for example, and the Chef can automatically get an alert, including a PDF report detailing the requirement. Add a security requirement and the Security Manager can get a detailed notification. At a pre-determined time each day, the Door Manager can receive a detailed guest list for use by the door team. The Bookkeeper can receive an alert any time a note is added to a reservation that has a category of 'Accounts'. Each morning the venue's entire management team can receive a summary report of the previous day's reservation activity. Each month, the venue's General Manager can get a monthly summary report. And so on.
