Track date-stamped, categorized notes in one central place for each reservation. This makes it easy for different members of your team to stay on top of developments, ensures that important notes are highly visible, allows everyone to see the status of tasks, and so on.

Categories are fully user-definable -- you can have as many categories as you want, making it easy to tailor your notes to your specific needs.

Note categories can also be used to trigger notifications -- thus, you might set up a notification to automatically send an email to your security manager anytime a note is added with a category of 'Security', which is a great way to ensure everyone stays in the loop.
