Core Pricing & Billing Info

Track the financial details. You can specify a wide range of financial info on the Pricing & Billing tab of the Reservation Editor, including per-guest pricing and costs. Revenues and costs associated with F & B and operational requirements are tracked on separate tabs. You have complete control of taxation settings, automatic gratuities, and payout requirements to event planners / sub-promoters.

Note: NightlifeVIP isn’t a Point-of-Sale system – instead, it is the flip-side. It handles the planning and costing before your reservation takes place and for operational analysis afterward. You still use your POS the same as normal for actual transaction history (and credit card processing, etc.). NightlifeVIP is a management and business development tool that works alongside your POS system.
