Track which reservations / guests show up and which don't. With NightlifeVIP’s Arrivals Manager, you can track guests arrival – optionally maintaining a guest-by-guest history of visit activity. That allows your management team to analyze turnout trends, the effectiveness of promotional initiatives, and more.
Arrivals information can also be used to trigger automated email follow-ups to guests -- for example, no-show guests might receive a 'We missed you!'-type follow-up email message.
