Automated reports by email streamlines communications with your entire staff. With NightlifeVIP's powerful notifications system, your staff is always connected with reservation information that relates to their tasks. For example, any changes to the F & B requirements can automatically be sent to the Head Chef. Likewise, alterations to the guest list policies like free cover or queue jumps can automatically be sent to the Door Manager. NightlifeVIP makes it easy ensuring that your team is always in the know – which makes it much more likely you’ll have satisfied customers!

The notification system is highly customizable. You have complete control over what gets sent, to whom, and under what conditions -- allowing you to set up everything from automated daily / weekly reports (such as sending a summary of the prior week to all managers every Monday) to ‘situation’ reports, such as notifying the security manager if a certain troublesome guest’s name appears on a guest list or notifying the head chef if there are food requirements for a private party, to sending daily guest lists to your door manager at a certain time every evening, to many other handy uses.
