If you are sending us a bug report or trying to ask a difficult-to-explain question, a screenshot can often make a huge difference. If you don't have (or aren't familiar with) software for capturing screenshots, here's how you can do it from any Windows-based computer:

1. Have VIP Professional visible, displaying exactly what you want to capture.
2. Press <Alt-Print Scrn> - hold down the "Alt" key while simultaneously pressing the "Print Scrn" key (or sometimes labeled "Prt Scr").
3. Everything that is displayed on your screen has now been captured to the Windows clipboard.
4. Paste the captured screenshot into MS Paint (installed with Windows) or into MS Word, etc. You can paste by pressing <ctrl-v> - hold down the "Ctrl" key while simultaneously pressing the "v" key.
5. Save the file.
6. Then attach the saved file to your email to us.
