VIP Professional is a powerful, flexible system that helps you drive revenues, increase repeat business, improve service delivery, and better manage your bookings.
In the always brutally competitive hospitality industry, VIP Professional gives you a critical competitive edge.
What Can VIP Professional Do For You?
If you are a nightclub operator, promoter, party planner, or banquet room operator, ask yourself the following:
- What's the cost of a single lost booking?
- What's the cost of a single unhappy guest because of a 'routine' communications error resulting in an implementation problem?
- How much more sales could you generate if you could systematically pre-sell, up-sell, and do repeat-business follow-ups?
- How effectively are you able to manage -and maximize- your margins on bookings?
- What's the value of an automated, fully-customizable confirmation and reminder system for your guests? - And what's the value of having a compelling reason for those guests to give you their email addresses?
- How much more effective would your management team be if everyone was automatically updated on any changes to reservations / bookings that affected them?
- Do your managers and staff automatically get timely, useful reports delivered straight to their email account?
- How reliably does your management team implement bookings? How frequently do service delivery errors, costing mistakes, logistical problems, and communications breakdowns rear their ugly head? And what is that costing you?
VIP Professional has been designed from top-to-bottom to address exactly those issues. It provides a comprehensive, powerful, easy-to-use, and effective solution to booking and guest list management requirements for nightclubs, lounges, banquet halls, event planners, and promoters.
VIP Professional can help you with:
- Tracking all guests, operational logistics, pricing, and estimated costs associated with special events, private parties, room rentals, and similar functions.
- Managing guest lists for events or routine 'club nights' (for nightclubs).
- Pre-selling and up-selling.
- Tracking F & B requirements, such as delivering a platter of finger foods to a table at midnight.
- Tracking operational requirements such as security, signage, audio-visual, load-in/load-out, or other special needs.
- Tracking table / room availability, preventing double-bookings, etc.
- Tracking guest arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Tracking notes relating to service issues, such as billings, customer complaints, security problems, etc.
- Establishing venue policies and defaults, such as defining what admission perks (queue jumps, no cover, etc.) are available on Mondays, what the minimum spend is on Fridays, which booking packages are available on Thursdays, and so on.
- Issuing automated, fully customizable confirmation and reminder emails to organizers / guests that dynamically merges information from the associated booking. For example, as soon as a booking has been created, an email might be automatically issued to the organizer listing all the details of the reservation (and perhaps including a 'sign-off' section for them to sign and fax back). A week before the reservation date, a reminder might be issued to the organizer. On the actual reservation date another reminder might be issued, this time to all the guests. A week afterwards, a follow-up might be issued. A month later, another follow-up might be issued, this one encouraging repeat business. And so on.
- Issuing automated, fully customizable notifications to your management team and staff, such as door reports for your entrance team, operational reports to your chef or bar manager, daily or weekly summary reports to your managers, and so on. For example, you might automatically have a notification email sent to your head chef any time a reservation is created, changed, or deleted that involves food requirements - that keeps your chef in-the-loop on booking activity that affects the kitchen team. Likewise, you might have a report issued every Monday to your Operations Manager listing all the upcoming bookings for that week. And so on.
- Much, much more!
Ensuring that the right people get the right information at the right time is at the heart of VIP Professional. The net result is more revenues, higher profits, increased guest satisfaction, and more repeat business. Which, in turn, allows you and your team to focus more of your time and effort on identifying new opportunities for growing the business.
